Description:
Goodcrete Deep Penetrating Sealer(DPS) is an inorganic, surface applied liquid crystalline concrete waterproofing especially for the concrete construction. After one time application, DPS gives the concrete structures all-sided and permanent improvement and protections, such as sealing, damp proofing, waterproofing, anti-seepage, anti-corrosion of acid, alkali and chloride ion and anti-efllorescence, etc., so, DPS is not only a kind of waterproofing, but also a concrete protective sealer.

Working Principle:
The inner alkali content of concrete is 360times than the surface's, through the pores, DPS penetrates into the concrete structures, chemically reacts with the free alkali ions and forms silicate gel, which seals the pore and micro cracks, blocks water and harful substances' ingress; when water losses, silicate gel solifiies into active crystal and fills in the pores, when the concrete structure is dry, it presents as crystalline, which can maintain the concrete's good breathability; when meets with moisture or water, the active crystal grows, expand and blocks the water, moisture and harmful substances' penetrating, thhus, DPS gives the concrete structures foregoing all-sided and permanent improvement and protections.
Surface Treatment Before Using DPS:
Sweep, scrub, or strip the concrete surface to absolutely remove all dust, contamination, loose structure, laitance or coating to ensure the DPS can efficiently penetrate the surface.
New poured concrete need to apply DPS after mininum 15days curing.
Method of Using:
1. Shake well before using.
2. Apply with low-pressure sprayer, brush or roller to spray/brush/roll DPS directly on the clean concrete surface, application temperature at 4-35℃, and relative humidity 10-90% is the best.
3. When the surface becomes semi-dry or after 24h of the first time spraying, spray again.
Coverage:
Approximately or 3-5m2/kg(150-200square feet/gallon), according to the differences of temperature and porosity of the concrete, the coverage is different.
Applicable Places:
Almost can be used for all floors/walls of concrete buildings, whatever below and above ground, indoors and outdoors, new or old.
1. Various Pools: Sewage pools, fire-water pools, drinking-water pools, fishponds, swimming pools, fermenting tanks, etc.
2. Highways, bridges, dams, subways, tunnels, shipways, etc.
3. Basements, villas, offshore residences, green roofs, grain depots, warehouses, cold storages, etc.
4. Power plant, parking lots, air-raid shielders, etc.
Limitations:
A. Not suitable for lightweight blocks, porous masonry etc similar products.
B. Surfaces previously treated with curing or sealing agents, unless these coatings have completely worn off or have been removed by chemical or mechanical means.
Clean Up:
By soap and water.

Storage Life:
10years in original sealed condition.
